Returns & Exchange Policy

We do not offer a refund for change of mind on your purchased item, so please choose carefully. Should you wish to make a claim relating to your product for (1) damaged in transport or (2) incorrect goods received. We advise this must be done within 24 hours of receiving your goods by email and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. Please be advised that full refund is provided upon the receipt of the purchased item in their unopened and original condition.

Shipping

Currently we do not provide international shipment.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight and volume-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. The shipping rate is provided by Australia Post based on the size and weight of the product/parcel described in the product page.

Free Local Delivery (for New South Wales)

We are offering free shipment for the delivery within New South Wales at any order. We are offering Australia-wide free delivery on any orders over $50.
